In a detached villa in Edegem we renovated the kitchen into a sleek, practical kitchen with a pantry. The old kitchen was completely demolished, the pipes were renewed and the electricity was laid again. The result? A modern, pleasant kitchen with very handy utility room … completely to the taste of the owners.
The kitchen feels clean and yet warm due to the use of the white, lacquered MDF in combination with a deeper lying line in brass. For the floors and the kitchen counter we chose a Mediterranean green natural stone. The same natural stone is used for the shelves and the top of the cupboard in the dining area. The blind shelves at the back of the kitchen complete this soothing look & feel. Here too, the brass dividers form the common thread in the design. Another striking detail in brass is the original wine holder.
This fully renovated kitchen is not only top design, it is also practical due to the extensive utility room with fitted cupboards and space for the washing machine and dryer. A handy shelf has been installed above the machines to place laundry baskets and to fold the laundry.
